Office Philosophy

Our patients come to us with the goal of looking and feeling their best.  With that in mind, the primary focus of our practice is helping the patient reach their objectives by placing their safety and health first.  We emphasize the well being of our patients by performing all of our surgeries at St. John’s Mercy Medical Center, a Level 1 Trauma Center, with physician anesthesiologists.  Additionally, we have a dedicated staff that is trained to assist you with all of your questions or concerns along the way.

Plastic surgery is a field which requires the physician to have a special understanding of both the aesthetic and technical aspects of beauty.  This expertise allows a well-trained plastic surgeon to perform a wide range of procedures with skill and precision.  Because of this, we have a very strong relationship with our patients as they return to Dr. Francel over the years when their needs and goals change.
